Any complaint regarding shortage of goods must be reported to Ajay Industries within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Claims submitted after this period may not be entertained.
For shortage claims, a shortage certificate from the transporter must be provided. Shortage claims submitted without the required transporter certificate may not be accepted.

Fully Unconditional Duration Warranty
Ajay Industries provides warranty coverage against latent manufacturing defects in its products, subject to the terms of this warranty.
If an item is found to have a latent manufacturing defect, it may be returned to our factory, sales depot, or authorized dealer for inspection and, where applicable, free replacement.

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with our products, orders, sales, or services, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalandhar, Punjab, India.
